Edison is in New Jersey, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Edison follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Came to this diner with my family to celebrate the 4th of July! The atmosphere and decor were very nice, and the service was fantastic. Everyone working was attentive and friendly. We ordered the clam chowder, disco fries, a turkey smash burger, a chicken panini and stuffed salmon. Was very grateful for the non-beef options at this diner, but I had hoped the turkey burger was not a premade patty, and the stuffed salmon had tasted a little off. Overall we had a wonderful time and the service was great :)

I went to this Skylark Diner on Tuesday the 28th of March at around 1:30pm. There was plenty of parking at this time, and some guests seated inside. It wasnβt too busy, and I was promptly greeted by staff and seated shortly. The server was nice and the atmosphere made this diner feel elevated, almost like a fancy restaurant. The light fixtures, decorations, and seating all matched the vibe of the exterior. The menu had a range of typical diner options, but I was captivated by the burger section and ordered myself a Bacon BBQ burger which came with fries and a pickle. It took around 10 minutes for the burger to come out, and it was presented nicely. The cheese was melted and the fillings looked fresh. The burger tasted great overall and was very filling, I couldnβt finish the fries at the end too. The iced tea also tasted fresh. Overall I would recommend this diner if you want to dine somewhere classy but also modern.

Been driving past Skylark for what feels like decades, it was always crazy busy. Today we came in between hours on a Sunday. Be advised you only get a minimal brunch menu until 4pm. No matter, we all had burgers, and itβs about time somebody knows how to season and properly cook burgers to medium. Absolutely divine! Samantha (Sam) was our server and she was fantastic. We will definitely be back to try the dinner menu.

The food at the diner was really good and tasty. Both of our orders came with good portion sizes and definitely got both of us full. The pricing of the menu was very fair and well-priced. For two of us to eat it came to $30, which for a pop-in lunch was very good. It also came out very quick from time of ordering which was nice. Our server was very nice and attentive and constantly kept tabs on us and checked if we needed anything and if it was going well. The atmosphere of the diner was really nice. It's retro themed with many objects and decorations that are pleasant to look at and are eye-catching. It felt like a blast to the past and is very comforting and different from modern diners. I would definitely come back and try again!

Solid diner Service was good. Prices are reasonable. I had the smash burger which has a good taste and was juicy! Bread was the key here. The handmade mozzarella triangles were tasty. I recommend them Crispy and not heavy Marinara was made fresh (San marzano tomatoes). The pastrami was decent. Itβs not New York deli but was a solid sandwich. The chocolate lava cake was fun- very rich very filling. Overall , this is a solid diner. Try them out they have a nice selection of typical diner food along with the bar.
